  I'm R.Lynette.B. I have been with this company since before they were 1st Franklin Financial. Rudy has always been exceptional, friendly and always available for anything I have needed over the 7 years I have used their services. I met Lynette a while ago and she and I were instant friends! She has excellent customer service skills and the fact that she is an Army wife makes her even more relatable. She truly understands us Veterans and I can not appreciate the 1st Franklin Financial Team enough! You guys have been there for me through thick and thin! Thank you💜❤

  Very good excellent place to do Business. Easy and safe access to location. The staff is welcoming and I have been a customer for 1yr and 1st Franklin has truly been highly understanding and has helped me in the most considerable ways for my needs. From Georgia to Texas thank you 1st Franklin.

  Have had a horrible experience since they took over. Have requested insurance that was added onto contract to be removed that we didn't want in the first place. Husband went into office to sign paperwork o they would remove from loan and it is still not removed. Adding over 1,000 and having to pay interest on money they added to loan we did not want. We have used excel numerous times in the past and never again.

  The Representative name Rudy he handled my loan quick fast and Courtesy respect privacy it was a pleasure for him to handle my loan if I ever need a loan again I have to pay this back I definitely hope I get Rudy again thank you so much Rudy you made it so easy and effortless thank you.

  This company has been nothing but a headache since they took over Excel Finance. The only company that will take up to 9 days to pull money from your account after you made payment and received confirmation of payment. They are a joke and the office staff seem to never be on the same page. Avoid this company!! 1 star is to much credit.
