  Absolutely the friendliest and understanding 2, Ladies. They were both very helpful and helped me understand everything and got my accounts all straightened out and got my accounts together and now has made it easier on me monthly. Could not have ask for better service or kindness.

  I would drive the 30 minutes to this first franklin any day the lady's are super nice and friendly and make u feel like a first franklin customer. You girls rock 😀😀😀😀

  The staff here is awesome and very caring. Colleen and Jacquie go the extra mile in service and working with their clients. Recently I took out another loan and had problems scheduling a time to meet due to my work schedule. They let me come just before closing and we finished all the documents that evening. They are the best!!!!

  I have had multiple paid off accounts with this company. Many of which were car loans. 90% of the time paid off early. Had a Porsche I paid off a few months ago with them. They send me checks in the mail wanting me to take out loans. Today I have spent well over 24hrs trying to get them everything they asked for and did for them to tell me because I changed jobs in Feburary (with no down time in income) they can't give me a loan. I was told " I appreciate your business " well it's hard to tell. I don't even get why? I would not recommend spending your money for years with them to only be denied when you need them.

  I had never used a small loan company before, so I was skeptical at first. I had heard horror stories about small loan companies taking advantage of people who were looking for a step up. The wonderful ladies at First Franklin East Ellijay were so kind and professional when I first went in. There never was any judgement as to my situation, just friendly hometown people looking to help. I give them a 5 star rating because they treat people with respect and dignity. If you need a loan or financial advice, get your tail in and see the ladies at East Ellijay First Franklin.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will blatantly lie to your face and steal your money. My husband and i took out a loan here. We went to pay it off in one month. We called got the pay off amount and paid what was requested. Our loan was $800. The woman said we were good to go and didnt owe anything else. It was completely paid off. We asked numerous times "is that everything, ill never have to contact you again?" A month later we received a bill in the mail saying we owed 900 and something more dollars. We received this on saturday so Monday morning first thing we called. The lady now told us we hadnt paid off our loan and if we didnt pay 225 dollars within the next week we'd owe them the 900 more. This was never discussed in signing and there still has never been a reason given for this. We expressed how corrupt and horribly they had treated us to which the head manager in ellijay argued that they had did nothing wrong. Apparently adding random fees after a payoff has been made is legal. For our 800 dollar loan they were trying to get us to pay back 1800. Who takes out a loan to pay back over 100% more than they took out. It makes no sense and this place is beyond corrupt. They dont want to help you they want to STEAL your money because that is exactly what they did to us. Beware. You have been warned. Do NOT do business with this company. ESPECIALLY the Ellijay, Georgia branch. Its a small town. They clearly know the people who rated them 5 stats, personally. Those descriptions cannot be farther from the truth.
