  I was beyond impressed with their professionalism and how quickly they met my financial needs all while actually enjoying being there. Everything was explained down to the period but I was able to get in and out in a timely manner! Highly recommend this company to anyone who may need it!! Not to mention they have the most compete rates I’ve seen within the state. I will definitely be back and continue to anytime I may need. Thank you guys!!

  Special thanks to ms Kay and Ms Gail. I've known both of these lady's for years and consider them both as friends. Have always been professional and courteous. Why go anywhere else that treats you like a loan number when the lady's at 1st Franklin treat you like family

  Loved the customer service. I was greeted when I walked in. Everyone was very nice. Especially Mrs.Kay and the lady that sits right behind her. Love feeling like I am cared for wherever I enter a place of business. Because I was nerves.
