  Justin and the girls are some of the best people I have ever worked with when it comes to borrowing money friendly and kind lot of fun to be around not only do I borrow money from them I get my girl scout cookies from them lol great bunch of people.

  1st Franklin and the people who work at this branch are some of the best people I've had the pleasure to do business with. I've used 1st Franklin to help me with with sudden things that happen that you just can't plan for. They have always been there to help me and work with me to get what I need. They also have been so amazing working with me getting everything payed back. I have worked with other loan companies before and they were horrible and were anything but caring. The people at 1st Franklin care about you, treat you with respect, and dignity. If you ever need extra money for anything in your life, I completely recommend going to 1st Franklin in downtown Russellville because they will go above and beyond to help you get what you need. They are the best!

  I've been dong business with 1st Franklin Financial for many years. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful. I've never run into any problems or issues - They are always very helpful and go out of their way to assist me with my financial needs. As long as they are in business....they will have my business.   I had the best experience getting a small loan here. My Aunt was not doing well, my car was broken down, and I was going to go visit my brother on post. It was super simple and easy. It took less then a week, due to my schedule at work, to get everything finalized. Getting a loan here also boosted up my credit too! Super excited to see how far it goes up with my payments being on time every month. Thank you for helping me when I truly needed the help. I recommend getting a loan here as opposed to those cash loan places.

  These guys have been amazing! We were referred from a friend and that has been a God send. My husband had ok credit and I had 0 credit to some negative from a previous marriage years ago. They have worked hand in hand teaching us how to repair and improve our credit. The have also given us financial advice on our home loan and honest good advice ( our house is not through them) they have happily answered many questions about all our financial needs. The staff in this office are simply amazing and way above and beyond for thier customers. They will always have our families business!

  Very friendly service from Justin, Lisa, and Sharon. When things pop up in life that will cause will you to make your payment late all you have to do is give those folks a call and explain what’s going on and they will work with you. Enjoy going into this office, they greet you with a smile and talk to you on personal level and make you feel important. Not once have they made me feel I was hindering their day by calling them or going in to make a payment. I highly recommend people using the Jackson Ave office in Russellville Alabama. They are the best!
