  Absolutely love all these girls! I have uaed them for years and wouldn't use anyone else. If its all small or major loan. They are great to get you the money you need and are flexible to work with payment days. I get paid biweekly and they always insure the due date is a good day for me. They are understandable to your specific need.

  Everyone was friendly to me as I walked in. Lauren Evans did my loan and I couldn't of asked for anyone better, she was so kind and understanding. I will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you!

  I have been a customer since I was 19 years old. First Franklin has always went above and beyond to work with me if I ever got behind. I have never had any trouble at all. The staff is very friendly..they treat you like family every time you go I . Will continue doing business with them.

  I've been a customer off and on for several years at the Scottsboro office. You could not ask for a better group of people to go in to see. The times I have gotten behind they did not judge me and helped me with arrangements to get caught up. Any time I've gone into the office I've always felt like I was visiting friends and not doing business. The customer service is why I will never do business anywhere else!!
