  I can’t sing enough high praises for this group in Cornelia! Debbie was over my account and worked so hard to work with me. I had some major health issues and I kept in close contact so they would know what was happening. Worked with me diligently until I just paid it off. Debbie and this group in Cornelia have a perfect balance of professionalism and genuine friendliness. I have been there for years and would never hesitate to do business there!!

  Debbie makes borrowing money such an easy experience! She gives you tips to help build your credit and pay off you loan faster! She even makes paying easier...just call her up and she takes care of the rest! I’d rather go to Debbie than my local bank!

  I have been doing business with this office for years, I have never been more pleased with the customer service and caring attitudes of this office. Debbie is the assist manager and goes well beyond her duties to help with your financial needs. Chris the manager is the same way. Always nice and friendly atmosphere.

  I shopped around and this was BY FAR the best loan company in cornelia.. no astronomical interest rates THEY REPORT TO CREDIT! and it took us 20 minutes to do the loan .. paper work included.. Ms Debbie is so sweet and funny she actually came in early just to do our loan earlier. I will definitely be going back to increase our credit score or maybe just stop by to say hey !

  Very disappointed in my experience today. i have never taken out a loan before and i needed some extra money so me and my husband could take an anniversary trip. i had all the documents i needed and even provided my marriage certificate in case they needed proof that my husband was my husband and proof that his paystubs were legit. i go in and i get asked for my DL and SSC, great, and she asked for paystubs. i say “i have my husbands paystubs” and all i get is “no we can’t approve you since you don’t work”. i have PROOF my husband works and that he’s my husband and it’s not enough? i went through everything on their website last night and made sure i had every document i might need. on their website it says “if someone is paying all or some of your liabilities then we need documents supporting that”. a marriage certificate isn’t enough proof? when i tried to get help on what to do next and explained we were planning on leaving this weekend all i got was a “oh okay just fill out an online application” do they not know it takes two days before someone will contact me, excluding weekends? it felt so unprofessional and i felt like once i couldn’t be helped that i didn’t need to be talked to and i was basically ignored like i was an idiot. i won’t be coming back to this location and i’m extremely disappointed in the pure unprofessionalism this location seems to provide. if you can, go to the clarkesville or toccoa location, don’t waste your time here.

  1st Franklin is the best place to come get a loan! They are super sweet and great people and always have a big simple on there face when you walk through the door! Go see them you won’t regret it
