  Rude manager. Scam artists at its best. These people dont realize how obvious it is that they a scammers. Dont use this company, i repeat dont use this company terrible. Use anyone else but 1st Franklin in Leesville is garbage. They dont send notices or call to discuss issues they just send out BS attorney letters. They will claim to have done all of that but they dont. Its all lies. If you do have to use this company do yourself a favor. Pay your bill in person, in cash, record yourself giving them the money with your cell, keep the receipt, take a pic of the receipt, file the original, call every other day to make sure you dont have any late notices and pray they dont screw you. Update...So i officially got screwed out of $1700 thanks to Chris Leach at first franklin. You should be ashamed of yourself and how you conduct business!
