Denise Miller5Britny Ferris asked if she could run some numbers for me... She helped my refinance my loans at a lesser rate than I had. She also helped me consolidate some things into a much lower interest rate. She was very helpful and very pleasant to work with!!! I am so blessed!
Response from the ownerThank you for the great feedback! And thank you giving Britny and 1st CCU a chance!

Jm C1I have been a customer here for almost 6 years. Although my experience has not been the best, one of their employees put my money to the wrong loan. It completely decimated my credit, I was at a 720 and it dropped me to a 640. They did not call me to tell me I was behind, I had found out due to my credit report on credit-karma. I was never late on any payments with them and expected more professionalism from a credit union.

Bao Yang11st CCU was great and treated me well the last few years. It wasn't until recently when I tried applying for a mortgage loan and needed a pre-approval letter. Molli was who I worked with previous year and she was wonderful. After she left the CU, I reached out to Barb B shortly after the COVID pandemic. She has always been pleasant, but is slow at processing my request and responding to me. She needed additional documents from me which she never bothered to email me about. I had to emailed her a couple of times to finally get a response. Took her a few weeks to get me my pre-qualification letter. I emailed her again in October to review my info after I paid of a large debt to see what my new pre-qualification amount is. She asked for my current pay stubs which I provided within a few minutes of receiving her email. I have always been quick to provide her what she needed. She went MIA after I sent her all my info. That was my indication that she does not want my business. I reached out to another lender who has been prompt and professional in everything. I emailed her mid- November and requested for one last document to see if she would provide it to me. It has been a week and not a word. Since I'm not valued as a member, I will be taking my business somewhere else.
