Scott Frazier1Pulled in to the drive-through with 5 minutes before closing according to my phone AND the altra sign the for a simple withdrawl, when I asked if they were closing they said yes- I gestured to my watch showing there was still time, but was ignored. Because of that I wasn't able to get the remainder of the ammount needed to purchase a vehicle for my daughter, and was sold to another person. Altra has lost its small hometown feel and has been replaced with the cold big business feel. Seriously thinking of moving my accounts.

Tanya Schindel1I had my son go to the branch in West Salem to pay our mortgage which is through Firefighters Credit Union. The person who helped him did not put the money to my mortgage but rather to a completely wrong account. I sent our Loan coupon with so how this person got it wrong I have no idea and trying to get a hold of an actual person to get this fixed is horrible. TELLER# 216397 DRAWER# 335 needs way more training as they don't see to know how to do there job correctly. Because of this person my mortgage payment is going to be even more late. Very FRUSTERATED and UPSET about the TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
