  I just got done with a refinance of my home. I've been with 1st community for 4 years now and if there is ever a problem it is taken care of in a timely manner. For my refinance I worked with Brittany Herricks and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was very easy to work with and she kept me up to date through the whole process.

  I refinanced my house twice through 1st CCU over the last few years. Lisa Miller was awesome. She always has time to answer all my questions, no matter how simple, or complex. If she is not sure, she will find out. She deserves a lot more money then what ever she gets paid, possibly stock options, and a well funded IRA.

  My husband and I been a member for years now they are absolutely wonderful! 3 months ago we decided to purchase our first home Lisa Miller was our loan agent and she is absolutely wonderful!! Any questions I had where answered and helped first time home buyers understand the whole process!!! I highly recommend 1ccu is sparta!

  I started a home loan at west Salem with Linsey back in April the apraser came back great. We have been transferred to Barb after I called to investigate why it is taking so long it is like pulling teeth getting any information from them. I believe this credit union professionalism has fallen .

  We just did a refinance with Lisa Miller and very pleased with her customer service. She kept us up to date on what was happening and she explained everything to us that we were signing. I would highly recommend Lisa!!!
