Jennifer White at 1st City Mortgage Group was one of several recommendations and after doing some research we decided she was the best fit. We were not disappointed. Jennifer walked us through every step of the process, providing us with several options that could fit our needs. She listened carefully to us and answered each question thoroughly. She contacted us at each step of the buying process, making sure we had all of the information we needed before we even knew we'd have questions. And when it was all done Jennifer truly seemed as excited as we were that we'd gotten the home we dreamed of with the best mortgage possible.

  I worked with Kris Hokum and he was referred to me by my realtor, Jared Grimes. Kris was patient and understanding as I asked a million questions and had him run multiple scenarios with different down payment options.   Lots of options out there in terms of getting you and your family a mortgage... With that being said you should look for a team that knows the local dynamics of the city you are living in, gives back to the community and answers all the questions you never knew you needed to ask... look no further than 1st city, you will be glad you did!
