  Tom is one of the most high energy people I have ever met. He channeled all of that energy to find us a lender that would work with our unique circumstances with a phenomenal interest rate. He is amazing to work with, explains each step, checks in with his clients, and ensures you understand all the fine print language. Closing was smooth and seamless with Tom, and we felt confident we got an amazing deal in the purchase of our home because of the interest rate Tom helped lock in for us. If we ever purchase a home again, Tom will be our mortgage broker.

  I have worked with Tom over many years. His approach to the mortgage business is tilted towards finding the best deal for his customer. His many years in the same business gives him an edge on how to locate a solid and safe mortgage solution. Together, we have purchase and/or refinanced at least 5 homes (that I can remember) which includes the home I'm living in now. Working with Tom, you always know where you are in the process and you'll have peace of mind because he's answered all of your questions. Tom has my highest recommendation!

  I have worked with Tom on many occasions. I have to say, I call him the number genius. He is very smart and knows how the mortgage industry works. He helped me when no one else could. He will think outside the box and always takes the time to answer your questions. He really cares about his clients and getting them the best deal Possible. Would give him 10 stars if that was a option.

  Tom has done multiple refi's for us. He was knowledgeable, sincere and explained , in simple terms, the pros and cons of my refi options. Due to his rock solid advice we were not only able to refi our current home at a great rate but also help our son purchase his home. Nice to have someone that prioritizes your interests over there own. This type of business practice will keep me coming back to Tom every time.

  One word can sum up Mr. Miller's mortgage service...Awesome! Business-wise: Tom is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to not only the entire mortgage process, but finances in general. HE genuinely got excited discussing ways to cut MY rate! The easiest comparison I can think of is: imagine how excited you get when you scour the internet for a deal and save a few bucks on a product...that's how excited Tom got when working my deal. He enjoys "winning" (so to speak) and saving money, even for other people. And he has the skillset to do that very well. Instead of me spending hours on google looking for an obscure answer, Tom would fire it off like it was as common as 2+2. I can not praise his abilities enough. Personality-wise: I'm socially awkward yet had a blast chatting with Tom and felt at ease. I could skip the small talk and ask a direct question, or we could ramble on about our hobbies (he's quite an interesting guy who's done a lot). I never dreaded phone calls with him during the process. In all, the process was smooth, informative, and a hell of a lot less stressful than I was expecting.
