SD Han5Love this bank. Didn’t have much income or credit history at the time but this was the only bank willing to help us with a mortgage loan to buy land when no one else would. Can’t say enough good things about Chad and how patient, helpful and reassuring he has been through the whole process and managing our accounts. Our previous experience was Going through rocket mortgage and the big guys with the worst experience and waste of money With false promises, unnecessary appraisal fees and repairs prior to closing just to have them tell us no. Forever shopping local small banks with loans and especially First National any time I can! Thank you for helping with our dream property!
