  My husband and I were communicating with Bill Van Dyke, until we weren't. Once the loan amount we were looking for wasn't attainable, Bill stopped responding to emails. The home we were wanting to purchase sold. We are willing to look at a lower price range, but not word back from Bill after inquiring what dollar amount we would be able to shop with. Pretty discouraging and disappointing.

  Couldn't have asked for better service. Kevin dealt with all the hiccups from the real estate side of things and made sure everything went flawlessly for our closing.   Worst of the worst. Wells Fargo were very late in closing 3 times, then next day they sold my loan to a mortgage company that had been in business less than 6 months, they charged me late fees and destroyed my credit. I’m so stupid no listening to my real estate agent when he told me stay away from Wells Fargo. Go local guys.

  Absolutely horrible. I told them I wanted a 10 year loan they came to closing with 15 year at a higher rate. They still owe me $1,500.00
