  The location is great and it' also close to a Walmart. Not a lot of people are there when I go as there is never a wait for the ATM. The ATM screen is big and easy to make your transactions. when I do use the drive through the teller is so polite. She is a real people person and makes the transactions pleasant. I always leave with a smile.

  I get speedy assistance every time I pop in. Very friendly staff, I like all the ladies. I've also been approved everytime I apply for things here, elsewhere, not so much. So I value my relationship with them.

  Just great customer service all around! Karl has always been so good to work with and really is top notch. Best banking experience by far!

  We opened an account with them and banking with them as been awesome.👍😁💞 AmaZing Customer service. You really get a sense that the team at this office is squared away. I made an appointment had a consultation on the phone signed some paper and was in and out. Quick, smooth and simple. They had hand sanitizers upfront and the staff wore mask. Tell me that's not 5 star. Awesome Customer service. I had questions in between my visit and they were quickly answered. The Branch manager i think his name is Karl is top notch. We opened the account almost a year ago and the impression has stayed with me to complete a review of this Bank. Highly recommend banking here. Fees are super low and its rated best bank for nonprofits👍. Hope this review helps you find a good new home to keep your money.

  The customer service at this credit union is beyond five stars but that’s all I could leave!!!! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful especially Tillery! I don’t think she sleeps!!! She is definitely my guardian angel and I’m sure she is ready to be yours! The branch manager even called me personally to welcome me on board. You don’t get customer service like this anymore. Happy to have found them and happy to be a client/customer!! 😎🤗😍

  Half a day wasted just trying to replace a debit card. I had to drive 20 miles out of my way for a new debit card because the beach branch doesn't have a working card machine. Then the automated activation says they can't activate the new card and just hangs up. Once the card card activated it would not allow me to set a pin. Why can't they give out temporary cards until they send a new one? Ya know, like EVERY OTHER BANK IN EXISTENCE!!! Still not resolved and I have zero access to my money

  Greatest credit union ever. They take care of you here not like the banks that are reporting every little transaction you do now. Put your money here and it stays your money

  I have a business account and my business brings in quite a bit of change. Understand during this time we cannot go into the branch to use the coin machine. Went to make my coin deposit at 2 different locations they would not accept it. I rolled the coins teller tells me my rolled was broken up. When I received it back it was not broken up she simply did not want to take it. Customer service means you go over and beyond for a client even if it’s inconvenient for you. I have counted hundreds of coins for a client of my own just to simply be an assistance. I may need to change institutions because this is becoming very inconvenient

  If you don't maintain at least $4,000 in your checking account they charge you $4-5/month. An excellent credit union if you enjoy having your earnings gouged by a "community-elected" board that cares more about lining their own wallets than keeping their customers (and source of revenue) happy. This is coming from a long-time customer that's now happy switched banks.

  121 is the Best Credit Union ever. All the people there are easy to work with and our go to guy Karl Rogers is Awesome. He is always there when we need him and he makes us feel like we are part of his family. He helped us with a big decision about getting out of debt and he also helped our daughters in getting started with banking accounts and loans for their cars. I recommend 121 Financial Credit Union to everyone.
