Gloria Miller1I've changed my banking away from 121 except for my car loan. It gets harder and harder to make that since the bank keeps closing drive thrus. I've had the worst service, including a blond woman at the Touchton branch who couldn't get off her personal call to take less than 10.00 in rolled coins, only 3.00 in pennies. Their coin machine was down so she said I could drive 30 minutes to the Mandarin branch and use theirs. The drive in at Mandarin doesn't exist now. You have to get out and go in the strip mall after you are buzzed in. I called and spoke with a phone rep who walked me through how to set up connecting my bank so that I could do the payment that way. Unfortunately she gave me instructions on how to set up transfers from 121 instead of to them. Back to square one. At this point I'm just thinking refinance on my car payment to another bank even though it's almost paid. The attitudes of some of the employees is really bad and the service! I do not recommend them at all.

Beth Mangus2Need to let the customers know what services this new location to Morris and Blanding offer, b/c my Husband went to get money out of the ATM and there is none, he said didn't even look like it was opened yet. Is it? What are the Hours? Do they have a drive thru? Do they have ATM machines? How do we deposit after hours, this was such a bad move on 121's part. The location in OP that they had was perfect.
Response from the ownerHello - our new location has an ATM/LTM in the vestibule which is available 24 hours to members with their debit card swipe for entry. There is a coin machine in the new branch and it offers all of the same services as our prior location. Unfortunately it does not have a drive-thru. We’ve done our best to communicate this move to our members over the last six months. There are some elements of construction still underway in the parking lot but should be completed by the end of the month. I hope you can give us another chance.

During the beginning, I utilize this credit union to make deposits because my affiliate credit union was in another state. I loved to go inside and I knew the tellers by their name. One day, one of the friendly tellers asked me to open my account here. I have always had a favorable experience when I visit, call or discuss issues. Thank you.

Samantha Hersey1The worst bank ever. Got a truck financed through them and we’ve paid over 4000 because they keep saying the insurance I have isn’t correct. First they don’t accept fleet truck insurance. Then they needed the lien holder correct. This has been going on for months now. We’ve never had a problem with any other fleet trucks/ banks besides this one. Avoid them at all costs because a lot of the people there are incompetent.

Jacqueline Bell2The feel of this branch is very different than others I've had the pleasure of banking with. Have been a member since 1996. This branch has very little customer focus and the majority of the employees are not friendly. They merely do their jobs and move on to the next person. Went in for a replacement debit card today and the gentleman that assisted said, "the replacement fee will be $10.00 because we expect our members to be responsible and keep up with their cards ". . . Seriously, you tell a 20 year plus member that???

Deniece King3I truly feel they should consider all of the branches having the same hours, I say that because I am a new member of 121 Financial and I recently switched my direct deposit to go into my new account with them, however, as with any company they normally give you a paper check first before they start your direct deposit, since my check did not come until Saturday I had to wait to deposit it, unfortunately, the 121 Financial that is on Hutchison Park which is by my house was not open so therefore I had to deposit it through the atm and now there is a hold on it and I needed my money at that moment due to me having to pay bills, it wasn’t until later that I found out that certain ones are open from 9-12. The customer service is great but this is just one situation that was kind of irritating due to the fact that I needed my money at the moment I deposited my check and now I still have to wait.

We have co-op partnerships with dozens of other local credit union locations that can handle your transactions in person beyond our local hours ... you can find these locations on our website at https://121fcu.org/locations.
