"This Branch lacks customer service skills. I went in to stop payment on a check that was sent to me and never received from my holiday club account. Michael Nash the store manager told me he could not stop payments on checks I had to call customer service myself. Found out from customer service he is the one who needs to stop payment on the check and get a new one reissued to me for my money for my holiday club account. I asked mr. Nash to do this back in December she never address the issue every time I called he said he would work on it left for the holiday never stop payment on my check. If this is what a branch manager does TD must not have rate branch managers because Mr Nash should have first found out if he was supposed to cancel the check or not instead he had me a customer doing all the legwork and then he refused to handle the situation but went away for Christmas holiday and never took care of it. I will not be going back to this location."
