FAQs

  • 1. How Do People Like the Best Personal Installment Loan Store in Monrovia, MD?

Landsdale Single Family Homes by Tri Pointe Homes is the best installment loan institution in Monrovia, MD. Below are some reviews from customers on this company.
"While my husband and I love the neighborhood, we've been having issues with the quality of the home we bought from Winchester. We just bought a new construction home that is worth half a million dollars. We have not even lived here for a year and we've been hit with multiple issues. I won't list all of them, but will speak to the issue we are dealing with now that is heavily impacting the quality of living for my husband and myself. The most frustrating thing about the entire experience is how both Winchester and ProHomes try not to pay for items that are clearly in their lane. When it hit the high eighties this week, we found out that the AC unit was broken. Let me remind you, this is the first time we've used the unit and that we've barely lived here for a year. We called Winchester and ProHomes and they insisted that if we customized the smart thermostat, that this repair was outside of the warranty. However, when the HVAC professional arrived at our house they told us it was an electrical issue. My husband then had to argue with ProHome and Winchester that this issue was most def. covered by our warranty. Imagine. Trying to pass of electrical issues onto the customer on a brand new expensive home. Winchester either tried to rush our home or they are hiring incompetent and under-qualified subcontractors to do their work. Winchester needs to reassess their subcontractors and probably try to implement some quality control. All new owners should reasonably expect their electricity and AC/heating to work on a new home if the builder did their job. They also covered all the wires with drywall before our third-party inspector was able to look at it, which makes me think there might be other problems caused by the builder during construction. So we finally got ProHomes to come do their job, but it took my husband many frustrated calls and the electrician being unresponsive for anything to be done. Meanwhile, my husband who was both ill and overheated is waiting for them to get back to him in a timely manner and having to take care of keeping them on task. They finally came and fixed a broken fuse, but lo and behold... the AC unit has no coolant. The unit is running but there is no cold air. Our house is hotter inside than it is outside. They suspect that there is a leak. They will put in a work order to fix it, but from customer complaints with ProHomes, they can take weeks to months to get back to you about the workorder. First of all, how shoddy is the builder to not be careful about sealing the pipes properly? We never used the AC unit, so when did the coolant completely dissipate? Was coolant even put into the system? Did Winchester even install the AC unit properly? I am currently 19 weeks pregnant, and this heat has made be collapse at home (had to sleep in the basement on an air mattress) and is dangerous for myself and my unborn child. If temperatures rise back to the high eighties again, I am not sure if I can survive another night in that house without harm to my health. Please for gods sake take responsibility for your shoddy workmanship and get it done before the peak of summer heat hits. Stop trying to get out of paying for something that came from your mistake. I will sue Winchester and Prohomes if this heat harms my child."
