  I think you should call or email your customer to let them know their account is short money like Well Fargo did instead of charge your customer twice overdraw fee and did not refund that. I am so sorry for your bad customer services. Hope you will fix this problem in the future.

  Have banked here for over 15 years..... great service and customer relations! Thanks for all you do for the local community.... one of the few community owned banks still in existence!!

  Called for mortgage rates , was told twice I would be called back... no callback and now they’re closed . I guess they don’t want business ...
