  Grace is very helpful! I just stopped in and she helped me out with fraud protection, a deposit, payment and creating a new card on the spot! I enjoy coming to this location because of the service but also they are very serious about social distancing, having the line wait outside. Way to go!

  Maria Barron was SUPER SUPER helpful, very in depth when it came to explaining the ins and outs of my account and loan questions, she is definitely a very genuine person, I think every wsecu should have a Maria working in it!

  I don't know how anyone could have a negative experience with WSECU or this branch in particular. Try banking with Bank of America or alike and you'll be begging for the service they provide here. WSECU is fantastic for all my financial needs.

  They tried refinancing my auto loan without approval or knowledge.

  Service sucks . Is not a very good option for banking or auto loan . Very poor costumer service. And the rules are extreme. .
