  Horrible with taxes. Will not tell you upfront you are paying $170 to file 1 w2, had to ask they didn't tell me cost at all, but since I intended on being screwed financially (not as badly!) for convenience of loan on my taxes that are coming, then to only be told I can get $500. A lot less than what I am getting and what the sign offers. Never again, will NOT sending anyone for taxes.

  The general manager is completely rude! EVERY TIME I went into the facility she seemed annoyed, always discussed not only my personal business loud enough for everyone to hear, but anyone else that was in the building at the time. Overall VERY unpleasant! It's a great place for personal loans but I would recommend the branch in Champaign!
