Michael Lodowski1Horrible gave us a pre approval letter on land then called us on a Saturday morning! after we signed a letter to buy the land had pert and soil test paid for ! Title search done! 1100 + gone because our credit score went down 30 points for using a credit card ironically to pay for test! Was going to borrow for our house ! Never !! They ruined it!!! never do business with them !! Stay far away! Wish I could give no star!!
