  Very rude and lack of communication with staff. I was looking for assistance as to a personal loan. I completed an online application. I received no phone call as to what the status was or what information was missing. I called to double check the status and the lady answering the phone was very rude. I was transferred to a Jen in which she shared with me that I was missing information (pay stubs). I emailed my information with no response back. I emailed a few days later and asked what my status was after sending pay stubs in. I was still missing information- what I was using for collateral. This was NOT communicated in the first place when Jen asked for pay stubs. Very unsatisfied with this bank!

  Quick Service helpfull clearks who know you by name you don’t wait 30 minutes in line like members and most importantly The lock your bank account down like Fort Knox so nobody can steal money
