  Not sure why such negative reviews. Ive been banking with Woodforest for over 4 years now. They are very friendly and helpful. The managers go above and beyond to help.

  They don't tell you things when you add someone to an account which in the end screws you both and in return now we both have to pay 309+ dollars to them for a mistake their manager fails to take responsibility for cause she's lazy I am glad Kim no longer works there. But everyone else including Vincent are kind

  This is the worst bank around. I bought a mattress and sent it back to the company. The company said there is a refund I get a call from Woodforest and the company telling me there is no refund but if you go to the companies website it state there is a refund for the bed. The stupid banker lady told the shipping dept lady they were confused on what to do. So this company has my mattress and $1,299.00.

  The service was bad, staff was not customer friendly. The.manager told me he would be back, made ne wait. Finally shows up, had to wait again while he waited on other customer. Thinking about changing bank.
