  Horrible customer service. We deposit a check from an attorney and they froze the account and said it was fraudulent and then had the balls to say they would not give us the check back. We called the Humble Police Department. We have proof of deposit proof of the check and confirm identification from the state of Texas.

  They have given my husband to many problems with this bank sick and tired of it !!! That is why we left them there no help what so ever ! Don’t suggest it !!

  This one lady with glasses is so rude every time I get her, acts very condescending and like my questions are stupid but Mr. James Flores is my favorite banker EVER! He helps me with everymy banking or mobile banking problem I have with no question. Love that guy, good guy!

  I come here all the time to deposit because this location is closet to my house after leaving work. I come here on a daily basis most of the employees here are extremely friendly but Deanna Bevil is extremely rude and has an attitude each time I get her as the bank teller. From snatching the deposit bag from my hand to vigorously punching the keyboard extremely rude and poor customer service.

  Friendly and professional staff is always willing to help with whatever they possibly can. Best of all, though, is that they're open until 9 o'clock, so I never have to worry about not making it on time to cash my paycheck!!! Love this branch!

  I came in this morning a little before bank open just waiting. Three employees came out from bank 15 mins before opening. One by the name of Kennie Sneed spoke and said Good morning . It means alot when you dont ignore your customers. He was very polite and professional

  Customer service at this location has completely gone downhill. Tellers are inexperienced and lack common sense. Request a manager if you have a specific question because the teller's automatic response is "we can't/don't" even if they have no idea.

  I really like this location, the only thing that gets really annoying is no one EVER answers the phone. You always have to leave a message and they call you back whenever they "have the time to".
