      Hi , if I could I would give them a zero . I went to this place to see what was going on with these people . They told me they didn't have my address . I asked how is that when I just opened and account last month . After asking him 3 times then he told me my address . So I asked him so how is it your telling me y'all didn't have my address . To make it short . Then he said they sent me 4 letters that I never received. Then I asked him how could y'all have sent me mail and you been telling me y'all didn't have my address . Now they are telling me I owe them money . Beware Beware Beware Beware Beware people go somewhere else . I talked to other people and they told me some crazy things about this place . .       I love dis bank ABSOLUTELY !!!! Dis bank gave me a SECOND CHANCE !!!! I really needed was paying 2 get my paychecks cashed n WALMART paying fees .... So I got BRAVE and wanted 2 open a account which I started n Streetsbro the staff is very helpful , service friendly & professional at BOTH LOCATIONS and guys I was APPROVED FOR A BACK UP ACCOUNT 😁 I'M SO FORTUNATE DIS BANK FOUNT ME ❗❗❗ WELL 🙄

      Do NOT bank with them at all, they are very unprofessional and will have you waiting for years just to get a call back and will force you to come in cause they’ll just simply hang the phone up on you face.

      Woodforrest needs branch locations outside of Wal-Mart stores,if I need to withdraw cash I shouldn't have to go out of my to Wal-Mart,how bout putting bank locations around the city. But overall woodforrest is ok.
