  To let America know Don't bank with Woodforest Bank they need to be investigated money disappeared, bank codes changed multiple emails showing how my bank codes change multiple of time. Identity used by someone else an with a police report the denied the fraudulent charges. Didn't know a few year back Woodforest Bank employee an management stealing customers money. I will Persue an investigated there at Woodforest Bank an have the federal government investigate

  Not happy had to go round and round on the phone and then for days and days only to be told banking doesn't work that way. I put in a deposit on a sunday i understand completely being closed then but then monday comes around no holiday no reason to be closed and its the only branch to be closed. No one knows why even their corporate. To only be told sometimes they dont update corporate like they are supposed to. Ive been with this bank for years spent a small fortune on their fees and because im pay check to paycheck and extremely nice they feel like its ok to take advantage. NOT ok woodforest. Not a good way to treat loyal customers.

  I’ve used this bank for probably 8 years or better. The only second chance bank around. They got me up and going and even overdraft protection. Very pleased with the service I have received. Thanks WoodForest
