  This bank is bs 8v had a account for over a year and take a ziplock bag of change inside to have it put in a counter and they refused to take my American money. Ots your job to take my money not refuse to do your job we will be changing banks ASAP very poor customer service tried to say it's in the company policy but could not show me where or provide a copy to me

  Super slow, lolly gagging taking their sweet time. Fed up with this bank. Will be switching soon. One ONE time have I been through and it actually be quick and most the time they aren't even busy. I'd rate negatively if I could. The branch at Walmart is so much better

  This bank steals from its customers. The app shows an available balance that may not be actually available until the next day, which can cause overdraft fees if you go and try to use that supposed available balance. I brought this app issue to the attention of a bank supervisor, Karen Eggert, and she did not care. I had screenshots to prove that the app was unreliable, but she still did not care. I requested that the app be reviewed and fixed so that it not be deceiving to customers, again, did not care. Bottom line, this banks system can not be trusted and the staff are rude and uncaring.

  Worst Bank in Missouri. If it weren't for the pain of switching all my automatic deductions and deposits, I would have left years ago. If you travel for work, it's especially bad. Constantly kicking out debits for suspected fraud. Low limits. They treat you like your money is not yours.

  Great service they remember my name .on several times I have been saved from fraud do to bank notification of possible fraud pVery happy with all services at very low cost

  Apparently when they take your money and you have to file a dispute AGAIN ! I have been through 3 cards now for some god forsaken reason . They are charging me 60-100 with something I’m not authorizing . This bank has been nothing but trouble and now I have to wait AGAIN to file a dispute . I’m fed up.now I am in the negative even though I if more than enough funds on the day of purchase .

  I live in Mountain Home now and got a new job that has paper checks instead of direct deposit. Thought I would just fire up the app and deposit it via photo except the app crashes every time I open it! Might be time for a new bank....
