  These people will not work with a person. And fabricate things. Allegedly they said I said not to call my cell phone which I would never tell them that. Thought my truck payment went thru but it did not and instead of letting us know (it showed the money was paid on our account) so they repo it. These people in my opinion are PREDATORS!!

  Please whatever you do, do not use WCC for a title loan, no matter how much you need it. They will not work with you and you will pay 3 to 4 times what you borrow. You will get hit with fee upon fee and the payoff process is ridiculous. If you are going to them because you are desperate, your desperation will only get worse.

  Horrible Company! Be aware of this company they are not here to help you. Never ever try getting a car loan from this company they are the worst of the worst. They charge 4 times what they give you back and if you ever miss a payment they will report your car to the ghettoestate place ever!! After paying what you owe to get the car back they make it nearly impossible to realeas paperwork to the deposit company meanwhile your paying storage fees and not to mention the $300 plus dollar that you have to pay for the report. The customer serious along with management are completely rude, disrespectful and just plain ignorant. I hate this place will never ever recommend this place to anybody. They need to be on the news, turckofiles or BBB just horrible!!!

  Worst experience ever!!! If i could give below no stars i would Received a loan from Wilshire about two months ago and being ON TIME (early) on my payments to help raise my credit score i become appreciated by being woken up to them Reposing my car after not once being late on my payments. People with the tow truck were extremely verbally aggressive demanding my keys and shoving me saying i could not get anything out of my car until i handed over my keys which i was not going to do so. As soon as i decided to call the police they both ran to there truck and drive off with my car not allowing me to get any of my personal items from my car. Glad i have everything recorded on under my surveillance cameras. Now to deal with all this non sense without a vehicle. I will be filing a lawsuit.

  Un ethical company paid over $3000 in interest over a 12 month. Went to pay off loan and still owed more than the principal amount originally borrowed Called customer service About waving a couple fees So I can pay my loan offThey told me their fees are what they are and they were not willing to do anything but offer me a settlement which would affect my credit

  Beware. I started receiving Billing emails from this company and I didn't even had an account with them. When I clicked to look at the bill it sent me to a page asking for DOB & last 4 of SSN which I will not give to them. The email that I received did not have any other type of contact information, for you to call or contact them... Beware

  I was in a financial bind - all at once needed 4K for family pet. A title loan is the quickest way to thousands fast. Wilshire Consumer helped me get fast cash. Denise was so sweet in helping me get my paper work together and processed the same day. I was a nervous wreck our family dog of 12 years was injured and vets wanted to put him down unless we could pay up front for emergency medical care. . WE DID IT just in time ... Excellent customer service..Remember its a Title Loan - it is expensive but the trick is to pay it off quick. I managed to repay my loan in two months - and did not have to pay high interest rates by paying my loan off quickly. I highly recommend Wilshire for emergency fast cash. Thank you Wilshire :) You Are The Best !!!

  Took a few days to get the loan but they were efficient at checking everything off. They do charge you about 95% interest rate but this is for a short term loan to get you through a month or two and hopefully after that you can pay it off. They don't charge an upfront fee that is good but be prepared to pay about 10% of the loan amount each month i.e. $2,500 loan = about $240/month payment , so don't keep it very long

  When I spoke with them on the phone they told me 9% interest, I even double checked verbally with them. Now, they say I owe them more than I even borrowed in the first place and they are apparently charging me 94%. Everytime, I ask to speak to a manager they either hang up on me or transfere me to a line that just rings, no one will answer. They are criminals! STAY AWAY! When I brought up the descrepency they asked if I had any proof of my conversation with the sales agent, if not too bad. Then they also refuse to send me any of the paperwork or records or even a list of fraudulent charges they are making me pay.
