  This place is the BEST! Never pawned before and these gentleman were beyond helpful, fair and honest.   I stop in the store maybe once a year if that. The staff, their friendly and always available and willing to lend a hand and help you out. When I go, I look for one particular person and that is Mr. Xavier. Excellent Customer Service, he’s always friendly, pleasant, helpful and fair even when he’s busy. There are other workers there that are friendly as well, but for me I rather stick with the best. I believe he’s a Manager. I might be wrong but if he’s not he should be!!

  I went here after having a horrible experience at Royal Pawn about a block away. It was so bad i couldn't believe he is still in business. When I came to this place it was clean and spacious. The clerk was extremely helpful. Even though they couldn't buy my laptop or silver they suggested what i can do to sell me item on Offer Up. This is a classy place with display cases full of goodies. Go here if you are in Wilmington.

  you'd feel guilty going to a different pawn shop! the Guy's & the Beautiful ladies that work there are straight forward and honest,I I've never felt uncomfortable & they definitely never made me feel that way.some ppl might sit there and whine about somebody being rude but the truth of the matter is your guilty conscience got you feeling paranoid!

  I've been going here for many years. They have always treated me professionally & respectfully. They pay top dollar on loans more than any other pawn shop.

  They always answer your questions. They give out loans and have good items for sale at good prices. Also with a section system.
