  I don't know why there are any negative reviews for this credit union. Customer service is exemplary and should considered the standard by which all others are judged. I've been a member for 40 years.

  Due to Covid-19 I can only leave a 1 star. They don’t even answer there phone. I ask for a payoff balance and a loan printout and it took a week to get. It looked like a ransom note that a 6 year old would write.

  So the customer service here is so bad I start feeling anxious every month when I call to pay my loans. It is worse than going to the dentist. They are ABSOLUTELY clueless. Except Vicky in loans and she only works 2 days a week.

  Great credit union, they call and question all suspicious transactions. When my debit card was hacked they caught it and I got full reimbursement no questions asked

  Not much of a credit union being that they lend like a normal bank. So I think that they are a good bank but a bad credit union.

  Their an amazing place to bank its like a big family. Ciara is mt favorite teller super friendly and helpful no matter what!

  Aweful customer service. Also from what I hear, they treat their employees like garbage. I wouldn’t do any type of banking here.
