  If I could give this location a 0 I would. The lady Ariel from this location was so rude and not helpful at all. After holding our money for over 10 days they decide to add an extra week with no reason other than “security purposes” . When we tried to ask Ariel a question she had a tone to her voice that was very unprofessional. After banking with them for 7 years you would think they would appreciate your business a little more.

  Everyone working the Indiana branch are angry rude people.

  I've been banking here for 20+ years and have NEVER had a problem here. They're always ready to help me when I walk in! They're nice, fast and efficient. I moved away from Lubbock a few years ago but still kept this account. Now that I've moved back it's been really easy to go in for any service including temperatu checks, statements and loans. I often just walk in without calling and they STILL see me promptly. I won't bank anywhere else. This is a great bank!!

  Worst bank i ever dealt with had me wait a full 14 days just to tell me they didnt even order a card and it would be overnighted. Still never came so i closed it out my account found out they still had it open. Manager was rude about it didnt seem to care.

  Banked with WesTex for 53 years. Just wish their debit card worked everywhere but it doesn't. Manager said Westex no longer does business with company's who's home office is in Illinois due to fraud? Plus the branch on Ave Q now has a disconnected phone number and they no longer have an automated service. This place is going down hill.

  I know social distancing is a Must at this time but having me stand in the Lobby while I give my information and you are in the office not Cool.... the Employee was a bit Rude and rushed me out as soon as he could and said he would call as soon as he could.... I never got the call so I had to go back, I will say he did help me but was still Rude when I went back...

  Now that West TX won't allow their debit cards to be used at any business that has a home office in the state of Illinois it's practically useless. Plus now you can't use it at the drive through at Walgreens.... Find another bank!!

  I went in to apply for their secured credit card and the process was easy and fast!....thank you again Katie for all your help! I definitely recommend this place
