  Never know what to expect there one day nobody there one day you can use drive through next day you can't need to come in they need a new bank in town won't take long and that one would close

  Wow! I had no idea small town relationships were still alive and well in this country! I'm from a bigger city, and had to handle some financing issues related to a property near Cass Lake. The folks at Western Bank were extremely helpful, and more knowledgeable about how to help me than any bankers I have worked with in bigger cities. I couldn't believe it! Small town "nice" plus big city savvy! Thank you, Western Bank of Cass Lake! I wish I could take you home with me!

  I was a customer of this bank since 2007 or so. We have our house loan through them still. Up until the last few months we really enjoyed and liked the bank and its staff until they decided that my husbands paychecks were no longer acceptable there. So we have to only have cash to deposit into our checking account. Well about 2 months ago they shut our debit cards off for no reason and without any warning it was going to happen. Well just recently last month or so they shut down our checking account. We had no idea this even happened. So i have lost all respect for this bank and i will never ever go through them again.

  This bank is garbage. I can never get any timely help because people aren't in their office and the clerks have no idea how to do anything.
