  I have an account with western finance for many years now and they have been very helpful. And very understanding when I have late payments. I highly recommend any one that needs a loan this is the place to go very friendly people, and the manager there is a great person.so are her employees. Thank you for being there for me.😊😊😊😊

  I opened an account with Western Finance which is a branch of Western Shamrock in 2012, I had some issues come up in the year of 2014 and I got really behind on my account, but I can say the manager at the time was amazing she didn't call me all the time. I called her once a month to let her know what was going on and for sure when I would be able to pay. She didn't harrass my references. Even though I got behind with the company, after I caught up and started making my payments faithfully, I got a merchandise account. It isn't the company as a whole at fault, it is who you dealt with at the store/office you went to. I think as a customer you have to understand what these people go through on a day to day basis. It is a finance company, they are just doing their jobs, in collecting the monies owed.

  Well, to start off the switchboard operator at this company is horrible. Then when she finally sends you to the right person and you leave a message no one ever calls you back. I have left at least 2 message per week since I filed the claim and not one call has been returned. I submitted an insurance claim back in mid October and still have not heard nothing from them. This company.. apparently does not care about its customers. When will corporations finally realize that the customers determine how long they stay in business? Here are some competitors that do take care of their customers, World Finance, First Franklin, Sunset Finance. I would try them first and never go to Western Finance~~~~~

  My husband and I have always dealt with the office in St.Mary's Georgia for our loan needs. In 2018 we decided to let Western Finance do our taxes for us. We went to their office with everything that was needed to complete our taxes. The lady prepared them and we left, got our taxes a few weeks later. So in January 2019 we get a letter from the IRS saying we owe taxes because all of our income wasn't included when our 2018 taxes were prepared. We went to the St.Mary's office and the lady was very rude and didnt want to help us. After that I have been trying to reach someone in the corporate office but noone will return my calls . We have never had a problem with our taxes before.

  This company uses debt collection tactics that are direct violations of fair debt collection laws. IF YOU ARE ALREADY IN A CONTRACT WITH THEM - I STRONGLY SUGGEST RECORDING THE CALLS WITH THE COLLECTORS. I specifically told a collector to stop calling me and any people listed as references. I also specifically told that same collector to stop coming to my home office. I told them that their collection activities were preventing me from working and costing me money. Then that collector told me that the calls and visits will still continue. THIS IS AFTER I TOLD THEM TO STOP. Then I told that same debt collector that I was recording the call as proof that I did tell them to stop. If they decide to take me to court - that recording will be with me. The location that my contract is with is the western finance in Athens Texas.

  Rep Calros called my phone and when I asked him to identify the company her worked for he refused, I then advised him not to call my number again he stated that he would call anytime as many times as he wants. and hung up on me. I have reached out to this company to give them a chance to fix this before I contact the BBB

  When people tell them they dont have an income comingin rite waiting on disability to start they still call u come to ur house. And ask if they know the Corporations phone number the one in SS Tx said she didnt knw what the number is. Now we knw good dang well she knws what da number is . Western Finance is ss tx is full of BS FRFR

  I got a call saying I could get merchandise with no money down and when I tried to get some, they tell me i need a down payment? Why call telling me i can get something with no money down then turn around saying that i can't? Get a handle on your office, I guess I wont be buying anything from you.

  Very unprofessional. If the company wants people to do any type of business with them, the customer service reps need MAJOR improvement. Laughing and mocking customers while on the phone is not professional nor does it make people want to do business with them. Sooner more than later this company will go belly up due to their lack of professionalism.

  This company is full of BS. I had a loan with them over 12 years ago and it was not in the amount they have on my credit report which is over $1,000. It was only $100. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL MESS YOURSELF UP IF YOU DO.
