  This is by far the best bank(credit union) i have ever been a member of. All staff, from tellers to loan officers, are always very helpful with whatever need you may have and strive very hard to make a way to meet your goals. What especially impressed me is their willingness to give a person a chance to rebuilt from previous financial mistakes as I had experienced many years ago. They have won my loyalty in a world where loyalty is hard to come by. Thanks!

  I have been banking at Westconsin Credit Union since I was 16 years old. So many years ago. lol I always have a good experience when I come into the office or even the drive through. Everyone is always helpful and friendly.

  This is a really nice place to do your banking. Everyone is so friendly and nice. They always greet you with a smile. Rates are great. Things get handled quickly. They have notified me very quickly when my debit card was used fraudulently. They got me a new card right away. I will always do my banking here.

  I have been a member of this bank for almost 30 years!!! They are very friendly and helpful!! They always seem to do what they can to serve us the best they can!! The only reason I didn’t do a 5 star is because the drive up hours they have during the Covid-19 pandemic is not very customer service friendly for convenience on times!! I understand cutting back but 9-5 are times when most people are working!! It would have been nice if they had at least one-two days out of the week that maybe they opened at their regular early time of 7:30! Otherwise it’s a great bank that offers friendly and many varieties of services!! Thank you!!

  I've always had a great experience at Westconsin. John Grape is an excellent loan officer! Very helpful and moved the process along promptly and respectfully :)
