Manuel Isidro ValenzuelaLozoya1120 dollars on returned fees with no notification, no call nothing. Just a bill on the mail pretty much, at least all other banks have the decency to notify you when there's an error

Skippy Longbottom1I went into this bank to set up an account. I sat there in the chairs, waiting, for about 20 to 25 minutes. Eventually, another customer walked in and sat down for less than 2 minutes, and one of the bank employees promptly walked over and asked him what he needed. New customer guy was more than happy to cut in line. I stood up, said 'unbelievable', and walked out. I guess they just didn't want my business.

Tyler Bailey1I would first like to state that ifI could rate less than 1 star, that would be my rating. I am a college student/worker and come from San Antonio, where every bank is open from 9-5 Monday-Friday and open on Saturdays as well. I understand that hours may very depending on your location, but the average worker/student typically works from 8am to 5pm and most "normal" places stay open so that when payday comes around people may actually have a place to put their money. This is a very big inconvenience for anyone who has a normal job with normal hours. The fact that select personal bankers can not make time to schedule a short meeting after 5 o'clock so that a new college student (living almost 400 miles away from home and family) can set up a bank account so he can buy college supplies and or anything else in which he might need is just sad. As a History major I know that at one point in time Banks/Bankers took pride in their jobs and actually cared for new and old clients. Sad to say that is not the case here.

April Finch1I've been banking here for 2.5 years and never had an issue until now. I called the bank to ask a question and the rep on the phone was outstandingly rude and inconsiderate. The bank reps need customer service training and to be monitored on a regular basis.
