  I highly recommend Rob McAllister to anyone; he pushes hard to get his clients the best rates possible with no fees and gimmicks. During the process he is always looking at the fine details, identifying and questioning legal and financial items that negatively impact his clients. If Rob identifies an unforeseen obstacle (no matter how big) he takes ownership with no bias or opinion. The speed at which he operates pretty much depends on you the client; I encourage others to quickly respond to Rob’s requests. I want to personally thank Rob for looking out for my family’s financial well being and making our lives easier during these difficult times.

  100% satisfied! I wasn’t sure how my refinance would work completing everything electronically (I’m in Thurston county) but I was pleasantly surprised as the process was easy, even for non technical people like myself.   Rob made the loan process painless for us as we worked to buy our new home. It was very clear that Rob had our best interests in mind and that he was working hard to ensure we made the right decisions and got the best deal. He helped find the lowest rates and ensured we were with a lender that was unlikely to sell off our loan. Rob was very low pressure during the close process and broke the asks down to those that were necessary at the time. When I would become a stress-monster, Rob was able to talk me through it. Rob was able to get us ready for close a little more than a week before the 30 day close window was complete. We hopefully won't be purchasing again soon but, if we were to do so, we absolutely would use Rob again. We're referring all our friends and suggest you give him your trust as well.

  West Seattle Mortgage was wonderful to work with when my husband and I bought our condo in Seattle.   We checked rates online at several banks and got two good faith estimates from brokers, and West Seattle Mortgage was by far the best. Rob was able to beat the nearest competitor's rate by a full quarter point. We expected to pay higher fees for the lower rate, but the fees were significantly less as well. It seemed to good to be true, but our home just closed and everything went really smoothly. This was our third experience getting a mortgage and Rob was the most professional and responsive broker we've worked with. Lowest rate, lowest fees, and best service! We highly recommend him.

  Rob was very helpful, knowledgeable, and up-front with costs. We got a significantly better rate than with others and closed on time, despite being on an abbreviated timeline with a very particular lender. He did a great job.
