  I recently bought a gun from here, through gunbroker.com. it was one of the easiest transactions I've had on gunbroker. Item arrived fast and as listed. I called the store the day after I "won the bid" to make sure everything was in order, they answered on my first try, and were polite and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from again. Thank you.

  Absolutely love this store. They have an outstanding selection of ammunition, at the best prices, even during the shortage. Super friendly staff, and if you're lucky, you get to pet on the Brittany Spaniels :-)

  Overall the best selection of guns and ammo within 50 miles of West Plains, Missouri. They are a knowledgeable Staff, and are Professional. I've purchased at least 5 new guns from them. They have most ammo in stock. They have always been fast. Eric Adolphson

  I would highly discourage doing any business with West Plains Pawn and Fine jewelry. I purchased a gun from them through gunbroker.com on Wednesday March 17. They requested verification that my FFL of choice was able to receive the firearm. My FFL sent their info the next day, and I emailed them to confirm if they received it. No response. Come Monday, there was still no response, so I called them and left a voicemail. No response. Tuesday the 23rd, they finally sent an email saying my order was shipped. Then Wednesday, I received 2 more email notifications that my purchase was shipped. The emails certified that it was shipped via priority mail (1-3 days). I have yet to make contact with anyone from West Plains Pawn. I have concluded that anyone working there either has no knowledge of how to work a phone or computer, they have zero communication skills, or they are too lazy to maintain customer satisfaction.

  Do not to business with this Gun dealer. Sold me a used Beretta 92FS firearm that did not work on GunBroker.com Sale Stated “Gun fires wonderfully very good overall condition” GUN DID NOT FIRE AND WAS MISSING PARTS Had a LAPD buddy of mine take a look at it Revealing Firing pin does not work and was missing a few important parts in the lower. After spending 100$ out of my own pocket for transfer fees shipping and California background DROS. I’d have to spend another 75$ transfer fee plus shipping and pray they refund my money upon arrival they already sold me a falsely advertised gun why would i trust them now so That’s be almost 200$ wasted out of my own pocket it does not make sense for me to return this gun at this point just repair and take the loss. Well I Gave them the option to refund 50% of the price ($649) I paid so I can buy parts and have someone repair it (sounds fair right?) well they denied to correct the situation. That’s their right to do business like that but i will not accept it I’ve attached photos of the sale stating that the “gun works and fires wonderfully” and also purchased parts to repair the gun. Thank you for making my first experience on Gunbroker.com a terrible one.
