Slowest and worst bank I have been to for years. They ignore you when you are waiting in the drive through, don't expect to get taken care of or stopping if you have somewhere to be. On top of that spent 3 hours online trying to get their new app set up and the lady I talked to did nothing but berate me the entire time. Trust me and go anywhere else.

I had an account here for a few years and the customer service was always okay but a few of the employees can be off putting. Also I had overdraft turned off on my account but somehow still received several charges, the bank refused to remove the charges so I closed my account and went elsewhere. My spouse had the same thing happen awhile back. Go to a more local bank and hopefully get treated like a person not a dollar sign.
