Incompetent. No one knows how to close a CD and transfer it to a savings. The branch manager can't even change my address properly in the system. And they're only open by appointment only. If I was looking for a bank to open accounts with I would not use Wesbanco. Heck, you can't go inside anyway.

I work for CCS construction and although I don't bank with wesbanco, I am seriously considering it. Our company checks are through them and they charge a 5$ fee for non members to cash. Its always fast and they are always friendly and smiling and awesome. Today is Friday so I will be visiting their branch as soon as I get out of work today!

whoever posted that this location was closed is mistaken, its been open for the past year and it's the only location close to me. unfortunately. they are always short staffed, normally only 1 teller so it's slow but I have no complaints otherwise.
