  Being in the business of real estate for over 13 years as a full time active Realtor, I have had many experiences with Mortgage Bankers/Brokers. Bottom line is Raj has been the most professional & knowledgable in the industry from the time I began my career. He not only knows his business, Raj has the ability to connect with clients on a very personal yet professional level making sure they are the most informed loan shoppers in the market while feeling the personal touch in such a potentially stressful process. The clients I have referred to Raj have been able to make confident decisions when choosing their mortgage products, thanks to Raj going the extra mile to make sure they have as much understanding about the mortgage market products as well as the process from start to finish. There is no question why Raj is able to effectively handle such a large amount of business, his dedicated team of professionals do not miss a beat during the entire process, and this is evident by the high level of repeat business & referrals he receives from some of the most productive & respected professionals in the real estate field not only nationwide, but globally.. I consider Raj to be a top choice in his field. My experiences with Raj have exceeded my expectations & the clients. He is most the most successfully productive mortgage banker in his field for good reason! No one compares to his level of service & wealth of knowledge. Anyone who who has dealt with him will confidently agree that he always goes above and beyond your typical mortgage lender. I highly recommend consulting with Raj before making a final decision in the mortgage world.

  Do not use Wells Fargo. My wife and I used Wells Fargo and broker Tighe Casey....what a mistake that was. He never locked our rate in - after we told him to do so....I remember my wife and I discussing how great the rate was.... only to find out 2 months later that he never locked it in! When we asked him why he didn't lock it in he said we never told him and laughed. Because of his incompetence we are now paying an extra $100 more a month on our mortgage. Not only did he not lock our rate in....but he needed our lawyer to do his job because he had no idea what he was doing. This man is unprofessional and is bad at his job. Tighe Casey is the absolute worst broker. After sending our complaints to upper management they said because we verbally told him to lock the rate in (which is normal) and didn't have written proof....we would be stuck with the higher rate. Wells Fargo never reprimanded Tighe Casey...and why would they?? He just made the company more money. Wells Fargo is a dishonest company and will be bankrupt very soon. This is the address Tighe Casey works at and where we are leaving our review.

  Have had great experiences with Wells Fargo and Raj. They always take the time to answer my questions and explain the process. I would recommend Raj and/or Wells Fargo to anyone that is in need of home financing. A great resource for all of us on Staten Island.

  It was very bad and very very stress full. do not deal with wells Fargo and metro politician real estate service. they have hold my file with no reason until closing date and still does not have any answer. Worst part is regional sales manager MR. Robert L Branch manager Jayson S, Ms. Holly and Raj does not know anything and will not communicate with you when you needed most. They lied to me several time and i caught them with their response. Initially they will pickup your phone or email in a second while once you lock the rate you will never able to hold any of them. they have not place my appraisal order until day before of my closing. I also write a board of director and corporate HR and ARS complaint division but no one is able to answer the question or even acknowledge your complaints.what would you except from the employee if their management is worst ? and who do you complaints?

  Refinanced 4 1/2 years ago with excellent results. Tighe was "the man". Hit a little hiccup in the process and he got it all worked out within 2 days. Wonderful service.
