Neshelle Merz1They keep stealing money and refuse to correct their horrible mistakes. My vehicle loan was put on a 6 month deferment without our permission or request, on paper and on our credit, however all payments were made on time, they show our payments on the payment history and refuse to update our credit report. 6 months of payments not applied and we are forced to pay the incorrect interest on the balance of our loan. We are missing $2310.00 in car payments. Recently we were denied another car loan because they are not reporting our payment on the credit as paid but that we are on a deferment. Which is a lie, contact the Consumer Financial Bureau if you have to go through this. I even disputed with the credit agencies and WFDS refused to fix it but tell me when I call they are fixing it. When i made them aware back in January they told me it would be fixed in 24 hours, months later I am still trying to get it handled so I can get a car loan.

Ricky Torres1My car was totaled and we had to pay the payment before it was 30 days due as we were waiting on the GAP coverage to pay it off. We paid it on August 16th and it would've been 30 days on August 18th. Its now showing 30 days past due on our credit and when I called and spoke with Chanelle in Wells Fargo Escalations that since we requested our refund overpayment be mailed to us, they reversed the payment on August 19th, and since it wasn't paid in full by our GAP on August 21st its now showing 30 days late. That is bad practice. We were due back our overpayment but I guess you can't request it because then they will reverse your payment and mark the account 30 days late! We have had multiple Wells Fargo car loans and this has never happened. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH WELLS FARGO DEALER SERVICES!!

However the people behind the scenes, (like the supervisors who cannot seem to approve to send my pay off paperwork to my insurance company), have set me back a month. You have ten days to send a piece of paper that has a dollar amount on it. It has been a month. I would never suggest using wells fargo as a lean holder. Horrible job.

Heather Tornes1If I could do negative stars I would! I am selling my vehicle that I have financed through them and the buyers bank sent a check to them almost 2 weeks ago. I have called multiple times to see why the check still hasn’t cleared and they keep giving me the run around. It seems to me that have either lost the check or applied it to someone else’s account and can’t figure out how to fix it. Yet another call today and get the same answer “Well it takes 3-5 business days”. I wish someone would just do their damn job already. I’m in a dilemma because the guys payment on the loan for the vehicle is coming up soon and would like the vehicle, yet I don’t feel comfortable handing the vehicle over without knowing the check went through and is posted. I’m so frustrated and over these people. If you can help it DON’T use this service, find someone else to finance your vehicle!

Sonya Garrison5I just can’t say enough about how great this process has been working through Wells Fargo dealer services. Kevin Jesseman and his supervisor specifically. I applied and gave them a call the night before leaving the country for a month. They moved mountains to get my vehicle financed before I had to leave. Very fair rates as well. So very thankful for them. They definitely went above and beyond to make my needs happen. I recommend them highly.

Hailey Sisneros1Missed 1 payment in 3 years. Came out of work 4 days ago to having my car being towed for non payment. I have called for 4 days to get an answer on how to get my vehicle back to me. The retention department keeps telling me they are waiting for the charge off department to post what is needed to redeem my vehicle. It is day 4 and they won't give me an answer as I am making attempts to get my vehicle. Costing me more and more the longer it sits in the tow yard. Absolutely ridiculous! Have had nothing but trouble with Wells Fargo Dealer Services since I purchased a brand new car. One month they tell me I am paid to date the next month I get a statement in the mail saying I owe over $1500 when my payments are only $310.00 a month.

Craig Baker1Their favorite word is "unfortunately". I have been dealing with a loan that my late mother had on a car, and they have been completely unhelpful at every opportunity. We finally paid off the loan, and "unfortunately" they can't release the lien for 10 more days - even after the check has long cleared. UPDATE. It took 5 more phone calls and four more days before they finally sent the lien release. meanwhile we had an unregistered car that couldn't legally be driven.

Kelsey Halverson1WARNING they will red flag for 90 dollars short and they will red flag your vehicle no matter how many deaths there were in your family or any circumstances. They do not care! NO ETHICS whatsoever in this company. I sent them two payments to catch up without knowing I was short 90 dollars for fees so they red flagged it to where I cannot give them any money unless it is paid in full.

Dawn Schlewitz1online is aweful. I can never get my balance to match their balance amount. Seems its always more each month in interest. I would post a negative if possible. We will never bank with them again.

Brandon Caldwell1I have never paid late. I sent a check in without the amount written in. The never called me. The sent it back to me and they charged me a late fee? If they would have called i would have paid over the phone that day! All the poor customer service person could tell me is "thats how their system works".
