  Incredibly helpful!! I could've absolutely done it on my own but the employee not only helped me order a new card using the app but also showed me how to set up a mobile phone card! All while being incredibly nice, I'm gonna quit my job today and this made today so much more bearable!!

  The difference is I deposit a check at this branch and have to wait 3 days for it to clear. I deposit the same check at a different Wells Fargo Branch and it clears immediately. Attitude problem at this place. Makes me want to change banks.

  After being a Wells Fargo customer for almost 10 years they not only allowed my account to be fraudulently victimized twice and also refused to help in any way. Someone cloned my WF atm/ debit card and used it in Scotts Valley to withdraw $100 out of my checking account. After noticing the unfamiliar withdraw I called WF Fraud dept right away and reported the theft. Within a 10 minute conversation the fraud dept denied my claim saying I was the one who made the withdraw because their Debit cards are "clone proof" and the physical card was used. This is a blatant lie and RFID information as well as the debit card Chips can and are hacked all the time. I've filled formal complaints with VISA, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the state of California. After doing some research online It seems this is common practice for them and I even found stories of people who had someone walk into a Wells Fargo branch with a fake identity, withdraw $8,000 from their accounts with Wells Fargo basically telling the customer/victims too bad nothing we can do. Horrible bank with Horrible practices! These too big to fail banks need to be stopped!

  There's gotta be a better way. Typical wait time is 45 minutes to enter that bank. Should be courteous and make a merchant line. Never seen lines as long as this bank at any bank in the Bay Area throughout Covid. Not even close

  Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone at this location. Strongly considering withdrawing all my money from this bank as they do not seem to care about customer service

  Super helpful and courteous staff. I use the merchant line here, which is always fast. There are plenty of atms available to use outside the building. Parking in front of the bank is sometimes an issue, but the shopping center lot is big and you can always find a spot.

  Rude and unfriendly service. I tried to get change and they refused. They wanted to charge to convert $100 to $1 bills. I wouldn’t bank with them.

  My 'go to' bank. Helpful and friendly. Good guy financial advisor and free lollipops.
