  Lost my debit card, they don’t give out temporary cards, you can’t use the atm and you can’t go to the bank to pull out money when they are closed. that “5-7” business days it takes to get your new card, DONT expect to use the money in your account because you can’t do anything unless the business has Apple Pay. Wells Fargo is one of the worst banks to be apart of.

  Went there to open my first bank account and had 1100 saved they said I only saved 999 which is a complete lie. I'm extremely good with money and rarely over count especially not by a 100. By the time I said I wanted cash back they said they already put it in the vault. I knew they wouldn't give my full money back anyway.

  5/17/17, I went to transact business in this location on SR 44. I signed in and sat waiting to be helped. A lady if Indian decent walked by a couple times and looked at me. Never greeted me or anything. A white man and his son came in and sat in front of me. The Indian lady quickly came out to assist them, still ignoring me. The white guy (son), told her I was in front of him. She turned looked at me and continued to assist them. I asked her if I was transparent? She went behind the teller enclosure to say something to the manager, as he must have heard me when I asked her. I was in there to get a replacement card. I decided to just get some cash and leave. The teller apologised but I felt a need to come here and let ppl knw that this behavior is not acceptable! I'm fr a country where the motto is "out of many one ppl". In Jamaica everyone is treated equally, I knw I'm not there but Wells Fargo, I expect better. This lady was not even apologetic.

  Strong dislike of this branch. Rude unhelpful employees, no one answers the phone so they are probably understaffed. Entrance/ exit location suck too. Divest from corporate banking!

  Was told they do currency exchange over phone then went in and got told they don't, very unprofessional at giving "proper" information so wouldn't want to bank with them, also they weren't very kind to me.

  I have a check from Wells Fargo Bank that Joseph Cronin said he would not cash and that I wasn't owed the money. Looks like one more time Wells Fargo Bank cheats a customer. Don't take a check from Wells Fargo Bank they will not cash it.

  The people in this bank make promises they do not keep, and have no follow through. I would highly recommend finding a more helpful branch.

  Wells was completely wonderful and extremely helpful for me while I was going thru a terrible time ! Very friendly, knowledgable , and competent. Thanks wells.

  Cant exchange foreign currency unless you are a customer. It's money for money what's the difference
