      They will allow multiple things to come out auto pay and collect the overdraft fees when you dont have the money in your account no matter what it is. But when it comes to having money in your account and purchasing something they suspend your card for suspicious activities....

      ***Pleas Read*** DO NOT OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH WELLS FARGO..... Your business will not be protected through this bank, they will lie to get you to open an account, “It’s protected “, “wrongful charges reversed “, LIES, they ONLY want your money and will NOT fight for you. I suggest Bank of America or a credit union. Their dispute process is a joke(Well Fargo) for Black people and business owners. I provided receipts, information, statements and my dispute was still denied. And what really bothers me is Wells Fargo is NOT color blind. The condescending way they talk to black people is CRAZY... Loyal customers. I had my family member call in to see if it was just me, no he got treated the same way. Shunned by customer service, lackadaisical approach to helping. So I had one of my employees call in, Caucasian, and instantly he was helped with enthusiasm. She, the customer service rep actually showed compassion. Something I never experienced my 9years with Wells Fargo. It discussed me!!! I instantly opened up another bank account with a credit union. I have 2 bank accounts with Wells Fargo, personal and business, I WILL NO LONGER PUT MONEY IN EITHER ONE, money is not protected with Wells Fargo. Do NOT open an account with these crooks...       I am giving a review of the ATMs located at this branch. I have repeatedly informed tellers and the technician working on the ATMs that their ATMs do not accurately count cash being deposited at either of their ATMs however just last week, once again when making a cash deposit, the ATM failed to accurately confirm my cash deposit forcing me to drive to another Wells branch. Please, please fix your ATMS!!!

      I will be closing my Wells Fargo account as soon as i get all of this mess straightened out! Went in last Friday because Wells Fargo withheld money from my account and wouldnt process my bills I was trying to pay on 3/9/18. My account said my bills posted.I had well over the amount of my bills in my account. Then sometime from then until 3/20/18 the funds were withheld and my bills bounced. Causing them to not get (re)posted until 3/20/2018. I didnt see my account was negative until 3 days later after I had already made a few transactions with my card I thought had money on it. This caused me to have 9 overdraft fees on my account totaling $315. I went into the bank and asked them if there was any way they could take the fees away and I will put the remaining balance in the account since i accidently spent the money. They asked me how i keep up with my funds and i said the mobile banking app. Well apparently to the banker at this location "theyre app is not reliable". The app their company probably spent thousands on. Told me I should write every transaction down by hand. They said they would take the overdraft fees away but that they only saw 6. After i pushed them and said there are 9 i will look with you. 5 seconds on their computer they all of a sudden saw 9. So the service manager says she can do my request on Monday since 3 of them are pemding and if they did 6 they might not be able to do the other 3. I call Monday for her to do it. She said she only saw 6 (again after we confirmed there were 9). I told her there were still 9 and that i just checked my account they were all still there. She asks me if she can call me back so she can "Work on it". She calls me back 10 minutes later and says that their policy has changed and she could only process 6 of the 9. I told her no thank you and i will speak with someone else to get them all done at the same time. Later that day i call the Wells Fargo customer service line. The woman there said she cant reimburse me for the last 3 since 6 were already processed and they were in a pending status. I am beyond over this whole situation and hope I can still get the other 3 $35 fees off my account for Wells Fargo's mistakes!!!!! They said to call back in a few days...

      The Wells Fargo tellers at this location are fine, but the bankers are extremely unprofessional and wasted my time. They talked while I was waiting for 20 minutes.
