      Wells Fargo took my money and waited 10 days and told me I was denied my funds back into my account that I was willing to do whatever to help with my funds being returned back to my account.all this started from ATM with draw that I never received the funds.and then other chargers.but this is not the first time people say wells Fargo is a bad bank to do business with.others have had this problem as well.i really needed my money. I. Not closing my account only took out what was left so I can continue to post to let everyone know.they are crooks

      My mother came here often because of the translator. As of recently, most of the wells fargo's in Huntsville have just started telling her and some other close friend who have limited understanding of English that they don't speak Spanish and have been told by all of them they were rude to them. This is unacceptable

      I went to exchange coins for bills at this branch and was refused service against their policy by the first teller. The second teller accepted the coins but claimed this was against their policy, and took $16 from me. (Just google "wells fargo rolled coins policy" (coins were rolled) or phone any branch.) When I asked for a recount the teller did so out of sight. I do not recommend you bank with this company. In addition to the unprofessional service I received today this company offers inferior banking products across the board, especially their checking, savings and CDs.

      Been banking here for 3 years now and have experienced great service. Staff are always take care of us and do a good job. The branch Manager, Shana Malone is wonderful!

      Terrible customer service. All employees in the bank are very rude and don't care for their customers. Manager walked away mid conversation to go help a teller and proceeded to sit with the teller for 10 minutes while I was waiting. Will never be back. Wells Fargo will loose my service over this. Get a new staff.

      For the most part, the staff are very friendly and courteous. One employee does tend to lose patience with the elderly, occassionaly, but maybe she is just having a bad day with rude customers, and doesn't mean to take it out on us.

      Racist teller made at least a dozen other customers wait just so she didn't have to assist me. She sat there looking self righteous and pretending to be busy but as soon as a different teller was able to get to me she helped the next in line. If you are so backwards that you've just got to be racist at least be discreet.
