  My Husband and I moved to Myrtle Beach from PA less than a month ago. We started banking at Wells Fargo. I rarely feel inspired to write reviews....But was so very impressed with the level of Professionalism and Customer Service of our new bank...I just had to! Everyone has been so kind, pleasant and helpful!!! Truly making us feel welcome! Thank you so very much!!!

  Every time I go to this particular branch I have issues all the other Wells Fargo's from Surfside Beach tell Florence to Pawleys Island and back I never have a problem. There was three people at the computers two them was not doing anything. I was able to drive to the other one on hwy544 and got through in less than 5 minutes. I was 3rd in line at the 17 business one and waited 15 minutes to move up three spots to the front of the line. I was next to go and the girl pulls out her drawer and says someone else will help you. I swear to god I hate the 17 business store more than anything else.

  ATM constantly broken. New software in ATM's can't read change on a check. I make business deposits and New ATM software can't read many of them, the old system was much more user friendly. Clerks at Surfside Branch are snippy. I do not recommend this bank branch

  They are ok but charge ppl for everything. I also learned that you can only have 1 atm card per acct all of a sudden. My husband works as a truck driver so go2ws to different states we both had a card I lost mine now they're trying to say that we never had 2 and that I can't get another one so not happy with them because I had one before...

  Good bank, ATM allows EASY check and cash deposits using your debit card. The bank is Wells Fargo now, not Wachovia any more.

  Wells Fargo@17s Surfside beach is 10+ customer svc& friendliness. My only complaint is no secure access for ATM capability after bank closed

  Everyone is always very helpful whenever I go in and they remember my name and it's not an easy name to remember 😂

  Everybody was very polite and friendly. Richard Park helped us and he was AWESOME!!!

  Very nice tellers. Convenient location with drive-up ATM
