  They deliver incredible customer service, with that being said the chats get pretty long and they are consistently understaffed so the 2 paired together makes for long wait times. Love the people, please put more of them on the counter.

  So. I don't usually enjoy going though this banking drive through. For some reason it takes forEver and whoever is working the window is either overwhelmed or gabbing with other customers (I understand it's a small town) but come on already. But, that being said, today and yesterday were both great. Nikki, or Nicole, not sure, did a great job. Super friendly but not talking to people about their cousin's uncle's brother or whatever, and efficient as well. I hope she works every day. Sorry Nikki. Ha

  I feel for these tellers. You can tell they are being extra nice to make up for the shady company they work for. But it works, because they are always super happy and welcoming from the moment you walk in. This is my kind of place, just wish it didn't have to be Wells Fargo.

  Corporate policies have resulted in fraudulent account creation...literally millions of fake accounts and fees charged to customers. Check the news, because that is the tip of the iceberg with questionable policies. I am working on closing my accounts, but it is a pain since I have been using them since before WF purchased NBA. Locals have been good to me, but even that wore too thin. The local turnover (no doubt thanks to corp policies) is huge. Trainees treating me like I am the outsider clinches it.

  It would be extremely Bennsficial if when a branch hourse change at all it is updated here at Google in real time it is extremely simple, each area I'm sure is different right now

  Worst branch ever never picks up the phone and there not busy I’ve called while in the branch an never picks up
