  Please be careful with this thieves. I went in to close my bank account and a blonde lady (don’t remember the name) lied and refused to close it with no legitimate reason. Check your bank statements and transactions because they collect hidden fees. Don’t trust this bank, clearly this is the reason why it is one of the worst banks in the country.

  So I went in to withdraw some money on FRIDAY (2-22-19) and from the very beginning I didn’t like this lady’s attitude. When it was time for her to withdraw my money she called over another teller and quietly whispered... QUESTIONING MY FUNDS, WHERE IT CAME FROM AND BASICALLY ASKED HER APPROVAL!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Didn’t even bother to ask if there was anything else I needed help with.. **LIKE I SAID HER ATTITUDE STUNK ** I will update later with the individual NAME!!

  I wanted to wire money internationally. Manager was on lunch they asked me to come back in an hour. After an hour they called me and told me that manager is unavailable and is going to be in meeting all day. Manager was the only one who can authorize international wire. It was very disappointing.

  Prime location, nothing more!! Teller by the name of Eileen is consistently rude and challenging anytime I've ever stopped by this branch! Awful experience, terrible customer service! I'll use my better judgement and go elsewhere moving forward.

  Noel Salvatico was extremely helpful. My grandfather passed and she helped us go through the bank statement. She took the time to help research and was very attentive and understanding

  Great bank location with friendly employees. It usually is quick and painless to do simple transactions. I have never had a bad experience in the location

  Well Stephanie don't be such a broke ***** and open an act and keep money in it and you won't get charged ;) . Very good bank good ppl working here , hands down 100% better than td bank
