      I made a wire in person inside this location to an account that resulted to be a scam. I was purchasing a house and this money was for my down payment, when I contacted this branch to stop the transfer they told me I needed to make an appointment, but didn't have appointments. So how I was supposed to make the appointment?. They said they COULD NOT stop the wire by phone. The fraudulent person SUPPOSEDLY cashed the money using a fake ID and bank card. I have lost so far more that 120,000 to try to solve this issue. I didn't get my money back. According to WELLS FARGO Wires are not protected by FDIC and these people are totally incompetent and don't care to protect consumers money. I escalated the complaint and all that they did is sending me a letter saying they couldn't recall the money. I made complaints with police department, CIA, FBI, nobody has responded yet after almost a year. Only because Wells Fargo could not stop a payment ! I went to the location of the person receiving the money ( because you have to have an address where you sending the funds right ) and according to the person that received my money from this scam, she couldn't claim the money to give it to me because someone else went to the bank to withdraw it using a FAKE debit card from this BANK and a fake ID. But cashier gave this FAKE person more that 80k cash. This is a joke. Currently taking the fake person to court ! Wells Fargo is DENYING showing camera videos of the day of withdrawal.

      I went this week on crunches. approx 11am weekday. I had to park across the street because the handicap spot was taken by none injured persons. They have a parking guard doing absolutely nothing. 2nd time getting bad experience in this branch.

      Very bad customer service I called before and they told me lies regarding opening a new account. Don’t waste your time here they give you attitude. Sooo horrible.

      The service is very poor. Tesla Caballero is the banker who “helped me” she has a bad attitude. Then I asked for the manager and it seams their only objective is to prove that whatever happened is your fault and not theirs. (I open a new account and requested overdraft protection. They didn’t set it up so I got charged when I went back to have it fixed end up listening to them for over 45min ). Frustrating

      Good location but not happy at how selective they are in opening accounts. Surely they’re understaffed to offer an appointment 1month away. Must not want the business- not looking forward to standing in long lines neither.

      Zero stars for this rude unprofessional branch. Sep 5, 3.pm 2 tellers and 4 customer, I was skipped over in a discriminatory fashion by the teller Ms, Villanueva, even though i was next in line (after a 10 min wait ) at the merchant services window she went out if her way to help a client who had just walked in 2 minutes prior and was not at the merchant services line, and shouted " you need to wait ". The branch manager was a few feet away from her but took no notice nor action. I will most definitely escalate this as highly as possible.

      I had an appointment to open a bank account and I was 10 min late and they said we cannot help you . They have poor customer service and well they don't need my business there am closing all my accounts going else where do not recommend this bank at all

      This is the worst branch!!! Every time I come they always have terrible service. I am definitely taking my business and personal account somewhere else! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

      Where Do I start Lets See "Beware Of this Branch and its Staff" I Was Humiliated and Lied to on multiple occasions by the staff at this location . They take advantage of its own people "latinos" i can attest to this statement! The branch manager Gerson Sanchez Lied to Me personally on Multiple occasions. and felt Superior to me beacause he had a suit ! I hold multiple accounts from a Mortgage , a Business account to a Personal account at wells fargo and because of this mans Lies I made a promise to myself to look for another Bank! witch i have already started. because of people like this wells Fargo gets a bad rep! to anyone else out there that i can advise beware with this branch they are no good , Shady bankers ill leave it at that

      Not a big fan of this Wells Fargo only because of the parking lot. It's really small and they have to have an attendant there because it's so busy. Park on the side street and save yourself the mayhem and walk a bit. Go early in the morning to avoid the traffic jam. The ATM itself was quick but parking can be a nightmare.
